Learn How to Cure Anxiety Attacks
Anxiety attacks affect millions of people. Sadly, many of these people have lost hope. They have lost the ability to fight back against their anxiety and take their lives back.
Don’t become one of these people. Because there is hope, and there is a proven solution!
I want to let you in on a little secret: The very anxiety attacks that bring a halt to your life are going to be the key to stopping these anxiety attacks. You have to learn to not fear anxiety attacks. Master this, and you will be free again.
If you resist certain situations out of fear, the fear around that situation will continue. Move directly into this resistance, into the path of anxiety, and in doing so, your anxiety will not be able to persist.
Let’s try something. I want you to have an anxiety attack right now. Go ahead, try and force yourself into an attack. I’ll wait here.
You can’t do it, can you? The trick here is this: The more you want to have a panic attack, the more you push it away. What this means is that if you voluntarily try to have a panic attack, you cannot have one. If you do this every day, you are well on your way to overcoming your anxiety.
Think of an anxiety attack as standing on the edge of a cliff. The closer you get to the attack, the more it feels like you are falling over the edge.
How do you get over the fear of falling over that edge? No, you don’t cower away, as your fear of falling will persist. The trick is to jump over the edge (metaphorically, of course). Jump into everything that causes your anxiety and fear. Jump into that which you fear the most.
So what does this mean? It means you have to want to have an anxiety attack in order to stop your anxiety attacks.
You may be thinking: “But if I dwell on having an anxiety attack, then I am still being controlled by my anxiety!” This is a good point. However, once you are able to master the technique above, you will find that your anxiety will be gone and you will no longer have to think about it to keep it away.
Joe Barry's course brought me out of a deep depression that lasted for over 4 years.
Since following this course, my life has changed dramatically. Every day is now a blessing. If you are caught in a cycle of depression or anxiety, Panic Away will heal your wounds and make life worth living again.
